An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed acceptance of the order.

Calminity is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

9. SHOPIFY
The Calminity online store is powered by Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store; however, purchases made from Calminity are transactions directly between you and Calminity, not Shopify.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for products purchased from Calminity or for claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from transactions between you and Calminity.
10. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, certain personal information may also be collected and processed by Shopify to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the ecommerce Services.
